“I had the chance to gain knowledge about different topics, varying from economics to international law, climate change, and even how public health is closely related to politics.”
For years, I wanted to be part of something that could help the community, and that could be useful for developing my leadership skills. That is why I decided to join Interact Club. This club is sponsored by Rotary International, which is an organization composed of professional people that provide humanitarian services. On the other hand, Interact is for young people between the ages 12 and 18. Its main goal is to create a group of young leaders that together can come up with outstanding proposals to help the rest of the community. We perform different kind of activities, varying from recollecting garbage to helping the most vulnerable individuals in the city.
