I am currently developing a project called MultiBrot, whose goal is to make Chileans eat more legumes. Life has accelerated and there is no time to eat them, so this food has disappeared almost completely from their diet. MultiBrot presents an innovative, fast, and easy way to encourage people to eat healthy through legumes. We seek that they can be eaten again to benefit both, human health and the environment, to promote social changes by integrating a low-cost, high-protein food into the diet.
