Tina Saller is the Assistant Director of Administration.  She manages Human Resources, Finance and Operations for the Yale Young Global Scholars and the Yale Young African Scholars programs.  She is responsible for vendor contracts and compliance, facility planning, research support and financial aid.  Before joining the YYGS Team, Tina worked in the Business Office for Yale’s Vice President of Strategic and Global Initiatives handling financial responsibilites for the division.  Prior to joining Yale University, Tina spent twenty years in the recruiting industry.  She is a graduate of Quinnipiac University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources & Organizational Behavior.
