“By and large, the best thing about YYGS was the people I met there. Everyone was so driven and enthusiastic about learning and the energy we shared added a lot to my personal experience. Through YYGS, I was able to hold effective discussions and communicate my thoughts confidently. By the end of the program, I could sense a spike in my personal growth.”
After doing YYGS, I planned with my friends to volunteer in a disabled centre where we spent time with physically challenged children and we tried helping them with their daily chores. I am currently learning American Sign Language realizing how unfair it is for people who cannot hear or speak to not be able to communicate.
