YYGS Connect was an experience I will never forget. From the very beginning, I felt welcomed, my identity and background understood and celebrated.
This fall, I joined Junior Diplomat Initiative Georgia as an event coordinator. I am gaining the experience of working in an international non-governmental organization but most importantly, assisting students to learn more about NATO, EU, and foreign policy. I have been leading administrative work for months now on one of our projects: “Raising Awareness on the Role of NATO in Black Sea Region in Youth.” With over 150 participants in the whole project, our network is constantly growing.
