My favorite lecture was the one about music and health, how being able to hear music could help you improve your skills in the medicine field. That lecture made me understand STEM in a different way, because I study arts at school, so being able to see how these two things can connect and help each other is awesome.

During YYGS, I learned a lot about STEM related topics, and I realized that I wanted to help children and teenagers in my country gain knowledge about STEM subjects. I joined Eureka, a Young Ambassador Project, led by the US Embassy in Paraguay. This project teaches children and teenagers about STEM subjects, such as chemistry, science, etc. I helped in the Chemistry section, but then I moved to the Women in STEM section, where we taught about the different women throughout history who changed the world with science. We hope to encourage other girls to show their passion in STEM, which is something we really need in my country nowadays.
