Tracie Addy, Ph.D., M.Phil. is the Howard Hughes Medical Institute Program Director at the Yale Center for Teaching and Learning. Tracie brings expertise and passion in STEM teaching and learning to the CTL. She graduated with distinction with a B.S. in biology from Duke University. She obtained her M.Phil. in Experimental Pathology from Yale University, and Ph.D. in science education from North Carolina State University. Prior to arriving at the Center, she taught undergraduate biology for 10 years and managed the assessment programs at the Yale School of Medicine Teaching and Learning Center.
