Tina Saller manages the daily financial operations for all the YYGS programs through financial reporting, facility planning, research support and compliance.  She also develops and administers donor support strategy for these same programs.  Before joining the YYGS Team, Tina worked in the Business Office for the Vice President of Strategic and Global Initiatives handling financial duties for the division.  Prior to joining Yale University, Tina spent twenty years in the recruiting industry.  She is a graduate of Quinnipiac University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources & Organizational Behavior.
